Redesigning TGI Fridays’ Menus for Clarity and Impact

TGI Fridays tasked me with redesigning their menu to condense a 10-page booklet into a more streamlined 6-page format, featuring a fresh cover and a layout that was both clear and organised, yet playful and engaging. Following a photoshoot at one of their flagship restaurants, I created a new spread design that was later adapted across the Christmas, drinks, and kids’ menus.
